Southern Spurs Return & Exchange Policy

At Southern Spurs, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following guidelines.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for exchange or store credit:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
• Items returned smelling of perfume, smoke, or other strong odors will not be accepted

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• bras
• bralettes
• swimwear
• bodysuits
• undergarments
• accessories
• sale or clearance items

These items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit:

• will be issued in the form of a digital gift card
• can be used anytime on our website
• does not expire

Exchange Process

To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at:

Include:

• your order number
• item you wish to return
• reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Southern Spurs reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
